This Old Burmese Buddha statue, originating from Myanmar, stands at an impressive height of 46.5 cm and showcases the Shan style, also known as Tai Yai. Crafted from wood, the statue presents intricate carvings that reflect the rich artistic heritage of the Shan people, who have a long-standing tradition of creating devotional art.

Dating back to the middle of the 20th century, this statue embodies the spiritual essence of Buddhism, particularly through the Bhumisparsha mudra depicted in its pose.
